Cookie policy.

There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to. We set no cookies of our own, and the analytics we use are cookieless by design. One page loads a third-party scheduler, and this policy is honest about it.

01The short version

www.foreverworks.com sets no cookies. No advertising, no profiling, no cross-site tracking, no analytics cookies, and nothing stored in your browser to follow you between visits.

The single exception sits behind a click: opening /book loads Google's appointment scheduler, and Google may set its own cookies while it runs. Sections 4 and 5 cover that.

02What a cookie is, and what the law asks

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to store, usually so it can recognise you later. Similar technologies, such as local storage or a tracking pixel, do the same job by other means. Under the EU ePrivacy rules, as implemented in Romania by Law 506/2004, storing or reading anything on your device requires your prior consent, unless it is strictly necessary to deliver a service you asked for.

Consent is the reason most sites greet you with a banner. We took the other route: we removed the things that would need one.

03How we measure the audience instead

We use Umami, a privacy-first analytics tool, to know which pages are read and whether the site works. It counts page views without identifying you:

  • it sets no cookie and writes nothing to your device;
  • it stores no IP address and builds no profile;
  • it cannot follow you to any other website;
  • it derives a non-reversible daily identifier from technical request data so that a single visit is counted once rather than ten times.

Because nothing is stored on your device, this processing needs no consent. It rests on our legitimate interest in operating a site that works, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you prefer not to be counted at all, any content blocker or a browser with tracking protection will drop the script, and the site works exactly the same without it.

04The one third-party embed

The /book page embeds Google's appointment scheduler so you can pick a time without leaving the site. That embed is served by Google, so opening the page sends Google your IP address and browser data, and Google may set cookies of its own under its own policies. Nothing else on the site embeds a third party.

Loaded on

Purpose
Displaying available times and recording the slot you choose

If you would rather not load it, email us at hello@foreverworks.com and we will agree a time by hand.

05Controlling cookies yourself

Every browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, and refuse new ones, usually under privacy or site settings. Blocking cookies entirely can break other websites; it will not break this one. You can also use a content blocker, private browsing, or a browser that blocks third-party cookies by default.

06Changes

If we ever add something that stores data on your device, this page changes before it ships and, where the law requires it, you will be asked for consent first rather than told afterwards. Questions go to hello@foreverworks.com.
